Campaign details

Email and stats from your server. From/Reply-to/To come from the email and segment. If From or Reply-to are empty, set them in your server’s admin when editing this email.

While the server is sending, its own Emails screen may show a queue until each message goes out; Sent rises as deliveries finish. Mailclix cannot redesign that server screen. Here we label the same phase as Sending for your clients.

Send follow-up to same segments

Re-send to the same contact segments. Pick a template to start from, then edit the subject and body below before sending.

Create Campaign

Select segments and a template to create your campaign.

New Campaign

Set campaign details, then launch the builder.

Add to the campaign

Choose what happens next.

Send email

Send the selected email to the contact.

Reply mailboxes (IMAP)

Add each Reply-To address you use in your templates. MailClix reads these mailboxes and shows all replies together.

Schedule

Send Now = send immediately. Save time = schedule for the date/time below (emails go automatically at that time; server must stay running).

Set time in India time (IST). Pick date and time below, then click Save time (send at this time) to schedule. Schedules are saved so emails go even if you close the app.

Send test mail

Pick an email template and 1–2 addresses to verify mails are going out. Check inbox (and spam) after sending.

🧹 Server Storage

Clear old uploaded CSV files and processed email spool from your Mailclix servers. This frees disk space without affecting segment counts, templates, or campaigns — all of that stays in the database.

⚡ Mailclix — Add Instance

Add another server URL. Same credentials will be used for all instances.

Company Account Setup

Create a company account in two steps: (1) the Company Login that the company admin will use to log into Mailclix, and (2) one or more Mailclix Accounts that the company will connect to.
